square complex consists of 305 studio type apartments, garden areas and a
spacious terrace around a large pool with children’s corner.
Location
Residencial Voranova is located in the Palma Nova area, at some 12km from the capital city of Palma and at 22km from the airport
Accommodation
The hotel installations and the ground floor have been specially designed for disabled and/or senior persons. Air conditioned studios with twin beds and sofa (which is also a bed if required) with integral kitchenette (2 ring hob), satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box and terrace. Bathrooms are spacious with level-in showers, seat, and grab bars by WC and shower.
Swimming Pools
Outside the Voranova has its own lagoon style swimming pool with steps and rail. Inside it has an air-conditioned indoor pool with hydromassage and a pool- overhead tracking hoist and sauna.
Beach
The Son Caliu Beach is only 150m away, and the large white sand beach of Palma Nova-Magaluf, whose magnificent promenade is perfectly accessible for disabled persons, is about 250m away (gradual incline) from the Voranova.
Dining Facilities
Enjoy the hotel's breakfast in the buffet restaurant. Evening meals can be arranged, but on occasion you may prefer to enjoy the Spanish cuisine on offer out in the resort itself. The Voranova also boasts a comfortable bar/lounge, sun terrace, cafeteria and mini-market. Half board arrangements are also available.
Excursions
During the day our guests have the possibility to enjoy excursions with an accompanying guide and aboard adapted buses. The participants of our eight excursions on schedule are collected at the hotel.

Transfer time from Palma Airport - Approximately forty minutes.
