The town council of Arona on Tenerife has long flown the flag for accessible tourism, which has much to do with this part of the island being a haven for those seeking year-round sunshine, miles of accessible paseo and amenities and, importantly, support services such as adapted transport, mobility equipment and accessible excursions.
